A covered entry provides access to the property, the layout of which is shown on the attached floor plan. Entry is by way of a key safe to access the key for the first time, (the key code & full instructions will be supplied before departure), no need to find an agent on your arrival in order to obtain a door key. | |

The Villa has a fully fitted Kitchen with Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer - with Ice Maker, Dishwasher and Food Disposal Unit. The Kitchen is also fully stocked with all the Crockery, Cutlery, Glass Ware, and Cooking Utensils you will need. There is also a Kitchen/Breakfast Bar with stools, suitable for that informal snack or meals. | |

The Dining Area is open plan and has an archway to the kitchen. The dining table which seats 8 people is accompanied by tasteful decor to ensure the relaxing atmosphere is maintained throughout your stay. | |

Family Room |

This room with it’s vaulted ceiling is light and spacious. Filled with sumptuous lounge furniture, including a large double sofa, which can also be converted into a double bed if required, a large TV with numerous cable channels plus your own DVD Player. A sliding patio door leads to the pool area, so you can enjoy the cool air-conditioned comfort of the Family Room or slip outside onto the decking and enjoy the delights of the oversized pool. | |

Master Bedroom |

The Master Bedroom is again spacious and cool. With it’s large 7ft King sized bed, dressing table & mirror, bedside cabinets, large walk-in closet plus it’s own TV. You will have ample space for all your belongings. This bedroom features windows overlooking the pool deck. The wonderful Master Bathroom has a Garden Tub, separate walk-in shower, separate toilet and twin wash bowls. Privacy is a great feature, with the Master Bedroom being separate from the other bedrooms. | |

As you know, everything in America is Large, especially their garages, this is why we have converted our garage into a spacious Luxury Games Room. This features an Impressive Full Size Pool Table, this is going to be a favourite with kids of all ages, even the grown-up ones. The Games Room is air-conditioned and is fitted with tasteful lounge furniture Cable TV, plus a small Hi-Fi). | |

Pool and deck Area |

The screened pool deck area (which features child proof safety screening), has been extended to 40 x 32ft and a Larger Pool of 28 x 14ft & Jacuzzi installed, this is the perfect place to relax. Perfect for all those sun lovers, there is more than ample space for all your guests. For those that don’t want too much sun, they can take a little shade under the sun umbrella provided. There is a large table and chairs plus our complimentary gas BBQ, so you can enjoy the joys of dining alfresco. The Pool can be electrically heated* and the larger than average Jacuzzi can heated by a separate gas burner as required*. The extensive high-quality furniture with table, chairs and sun loungers will enable you to soak up some of that Florida sunshine. | |
